What file formats do you accept?
We accept STL, OBJ, 3MF, and STEP file formats. STL is the most common and recommended format. Please review our Design Guide before submitting your files. If you have a different format, contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.
How is pricing calculated?
Pricing is based on the weight of the final print (per gram) plus the material type. We weigh the finished part and charge accordingly. Each material has a minimum order amount to cover setup and handling costs.
Can I choose my own color?
Yes, we offer a wide range of filament colors for PLA+ and other FDM materials. For specific color requirements, contact us via WhatsApp with your preferred color and we will check stock availability.
How long does printing take?
Standard orders are completed and shipped within 3-7 working days. For urgent projects, our Express service delivers within 1-2 working days at premium rates. Actual print time depends on part size and complexity.
Do you ship to all of Malaysia?
Yes, we ship nationwide across Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia. We use reliable courier services to ensure your parts arrive safely. Shipping cost is calculated based on package weight and destination.
What if my print fails or has defects?
Quality is our priority. Every print is inspected before shipping. If you receive a defective part, contact us with photos and we will reprint at no additional charge or provide a full refund.
