Can you give me a pricing example for an extruder change?
The labor cost for changing an extruder is typically under our “Basic” plan if it is the only issue (RM80), plus the cost of the new extruder itself. For example, if a dual gear extruder costs RM45, the total would be RM80 + RM45 = RM125 (excluding any other issues found).
What if the repair takes longer than expected?
If unforeseen issues or parts unavailability cause delays, we may offer a temporary rental machine (subject to availability and case-by-case basis) to help you meet urgent printing needs.
Can I come on the weekend?
Technician availability may be limited on Saturdays. It is best to confirm beforehand. You can always drop off your printer during weekdays or arrange a specific Saturday slot if available.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept payment through Cash, E-wallet (like TNG, GrabPay), and direct Bank Transfer.
Can I request on-site service?
Yes, on-site service is available, primarily within the Kuala Lumpur area (West Malaysia only). Pricing starts from RM50 plus the standard repair package cost, and depends on location, complexity, and technician availability.
Do you offer discounts?
If a problem requires minimal effort (e.g., a very quick fix during diagnosis) and does not fall neatly into a package, we might offer a discretionary discount or a reduced diagnostic fee.
